Undying Mind - Seriously - I fail to see the problem.
So back in the day people told me Undying Mind was horrible...bad strike.
Finally got the Strike last night - Holy Shit that was fun.
Seriously....couldn't camp anywhere..always on the move.
I can see a 34 version being a pain in the ass - nightfall must be hell.
But it was FUN.
Am I alone in this?

I earned Cards - but nothing showed up - This normal for Xbox? - Looks like it will be fixed in TTK Drop.
What changed if anything before they released it to Xbox? Any Playstation users able to clear this up? - No ones confirmed any changes as per se.

4 RepliesYeah, honestly everyone hates the PS exclusive strikes but honestly Flayers has had the best boss fight out of any of the strikes so far. It's challenging, creative, and the bosses aren't bullet sponges. The rest of the strike is super repetitive, but otherwise I'd say it's my favorite strike. Undying Mind is great as well. Just a bonus bit of info, stay in the area just before the boss room when killing the initial adds, then when the giant holographic wall appears, sprint jump into it. It'll launch you an insanely far distance =)

The biggest complain was that it was another bullet sponge and re-skin of older assets, while not bad, it is certainly a bit lazy designed.

I agree. I thought that strike was a ton of fun when I first played. It was so intense. That middle portion was terrifying the first time with all of those Minotaurs. Fantastic strike.

It's fun the first couple times you do it, but there will come a time when you get a really crappy group, and it then becomes tedious. And then you'll notice that half of the time, one or both of your fireteam members will leave. And then you'll get sick of the strike. And then you'll wish it never came up in the rotation. At least that's what happened to me.

You crazy? undying mind is a great strike, being on PS ive never heard otherwise, only problem is we couldn't do it on heroic.

3 RepliesJust played it for the first time and it was the most fun I've had in this game in a long time. I finished both of my subclass quests in the one strike. How many PS strikes were there again? Psion flayers, undying mind, and anything else?

I absolutely hate that strike. The only good thing about it is the boss battle. The rest of it is just dealing with waves of bullet sponge robots.

1 ReplyI had so much fun with it! Fighting waves upon waves of Major Vex units is great! It felt like an extension to the Vault of Glass! ... and I love the Vault of Glass.
