New Details Revealed! Faith in Deej and Destiny restored.
After watching this interview and information brought forth to the community I can honestly say I have regained faith in Destiny. with the lack of information flow and subpar DLC's I was leaning against purchasing the next dlc. Bungie needs to have interviews like this one to show that they are listening to their player fanbase as well as to acknowledge the questions that come up otherwise there will always be a disconnect and lack of faith from players. Keep it up Deej and Bungie!
Edit: I really liked the truthful answers from Erick. I really think Deej should have someone at his side that can speak at a more technical level and relates to the audience when he does interviews so people won't get a misunderstanding on updates. Although I'm not 100% convinced that TTK will be worth the money I am hopeful they're taking s step in the right direction and I like that Erick says that if you're not sure then you can wait for reviews and ask a friend when it comes out.Bungie should act more humble and acknowledge the community as we are their customers and always appreciate the fact that Bungie listens to concerns that are brought up.

10 RepliesI have no faith in Deej or any other, "Yes" man for that matter. The guy has no spine and simply glosses over any issue asked. He has failed to respond on every occasion to the fact that Bungie/Activision completely ignores the different currency valuations when pricing digital content. If its $40 in the USA it should not be £40 in the UK. That is bullshit and Deej is a mouthpiece for what is morally financial fraud. Its a shame there is no law against it but politicians world wide are int he back pockets of large corporations.

The only thing they didn't have was her missing eye model. Bungie have screwed the community too often and it will take a hell of a lot more to convince me that it's worth the money or even bothering with TTK at all. Most people, even this presenter is doing the "hop in to chat to friends". Thing is I don't need TTK to do that and my friends are transitioning off to World of Tanks and Elder Scrolls so.... Edit: What's frightening is that the bearded guy had the same reservation about what light will do in TTK i.e. if it's used as I think where you need light to use certain weapons and get into certain missions. In which case it's going to mean that we all ultimately look exactly the same again. We all ultimately will have to have the have the King's Fall raid gear.

All the lemmings can line up with cash in hand to only get duped again on content that will go stale in a month and weapons that will get nerfed because the whiners got shot in the face. Its obvious bungie has an identity crisis with this game they cant resolve. Their PR department shows promise and bungie sells recycled, broken gameplay. But hey as long as profits are up and they meet or exceed their targeted sales it's all rosy in the boardroom. And at the end of the day it's not about the consumer its about the profit margin. ..... buyer beware

6 RepliesI love Bungie and their attention to feedback and being so close to the community, and being so transparent. I would love if there was some feature in the game that popped up every time you logged into Destiny, and it was an optional survey. It posted the question of which new ideas/features/game mechanics would players like most, and players could vote on developer ideas right in the game which would get more of the community involved than just putting on the website. There could even be a message board in the tower that you have to go up to and vote to be able to participate in this weekly or monthly survey. I think that would be awesome.

5 RepliesI noticed the crates in the tower that say "HAKKE" on them today and it makes me wonder if gun brands were something that was also withheld from us. It feels like they gave us as little content as possible to see how player traffic did and are only now giving us more in TTK because people have stopped playing. I don't trust a single thing they say. Even if Eris was made after launch they still had a character with her role for the DLC in mind. I seriously doubt they made a pass for two DLCs that they hadn't planned at all. That interview was the same shit they've always told us and guess what, they haven't delivered once. Let's see how TTK is.
