As long as I can upgrade FB and VoC I'll stay once that goes out the window so does my game disc

You do realize they are gutting the perks on both, don't you? Even if they let you upgrade it, it won't be nearly as effective.

Explain? Scouts aren't getting touched and the only thing happening to FB is. Slight range drop and clip size reduction

Read the update. They are gutting [b]all[/b] first year perks...Field Scout, Send it, ect. Vault gear is getting nerfed hard.
