Hunter exploit bannable offence?
The hunter Gunslinger exploit should be a bannable offence because the play is knowingly use a bug, glitch, whatever you want to call it to gain and advantage over the other players in game. To me that the definition of cheating therefor bannable.
Edit: This community is one of the worst communities ever. "Oh let use the broken game mechanic to our advantage because we suck at the game and can't play legit because we are horrible people"

Is it really an exploit? The secret perks on certain weapons arent listed, would you consider using those weapons to be exploits??

Then the enemy team abuse this glitch and you lose because of them. How would you feel huh? This happened to me and I think who ever does this glitch in Trials must be banned from TOO [b]permamently[/b]!

2 RepliesI've had the achlyophage symbiote since my first month playing, and I always use the swarm grenade. I didn't even know about this bug until the other day. So do I get a swing from the banhammer? It needs to be patched, and that's it. No bans, no suspensions.

So before you start insulting the community your part of because a majority answered no to it being ban worthy, you should probably learn what your own post is about. Second of all this is not a ban worthy offense. Is it fair? No. Is it cheating and ruining the game? No. It's just another exploit that bungie is going to patch.

I've always tried to build my character with max dis and int along with those perks since day 1 that isn't any exploit I do the same with my lock but I prefer to use melee

9 RepliesIt isn't a bug it is the way the swarm grenade is coded to work with that specific perk. The little mini nades that the swarm grenade generates are coded as grenades not projectiles, and when these "grenades" explode, the damage dealt is considered a grenade kill. Therefore this isn't an exploitable bug, more like an unintended function.

If you the exploit right and wear akamaras gauntlets to get double ashes to asset perk, an exotic who's effect is to extend the duration if trip mines, and the you use scatterbombs, you 100% deserve a ban for exploiting because at that point you clearly are and are the arguement that its not your fault the game is broken doesnt really apply anymore.

It shouldn't be seen as an exploit because its not the people that play as hunters fault but as a screw up that Bungie created. Even if the exploit is good we shouldn't let company's get away with screwing up
