Witch's eye keeper of memory boss won't open so I can't damage it

1 ReplyOne of the lucent archivists does not spawn which prevents the boss from opening. It would be really nice if I didn't have to glitch my way through. My friend is new to the game and is stuck at this step for post-campaign progress
