Bungie Store Issue.?!

I have purchased some items from Bungie store back in December. No item was a preorder item. It was paid in full back in December. I still have not received anything and they will not respond to any Customer Service Request form. It’s over two months and I literally can’t get any information at all. I’m to the point of calling my lawyer over it. Do any of you know how to contact Customer Support??

BNGHelp don't work with or have contact with the Bungie Store side - they're a third party company. One thing to check is to see if the page had a shipping date listed, as they will list one sometimes - for example [url=https://bungiestore.com/products/destiny-exotic-armory-collection-witherhoard/DSF24007-100]this[/url] has a shipping window of 2-3 months after you order. Check the list on [url=http://bungiestore.com/shippingupdate]this page[/url] to see if the item is listed as a preorder here as those have their shipping windows mentioned.
