Can someone explain explosive rounds to me?
So apparently these are god mode for the crucible, but something you should never equip for pve...why?
I know they interfere with critical shots in pve, but what makes them so good for pvp?

They cause a portion of the weapons damage to occur again in a small explosion. It also staggers. It's good I'm PVE and PVP.
