Even players who run around solo in Skirmish are better than you.
There were [b]NO Enemies nearby[/b], they were all capturing control point C.
Several of us had just been Nova Bombed and re-spawed in at 08:58.
You wouldn't wait 6 seconds for us to run to you from our spawn points. You a$$hole.

I always wait but if you dont hurry up I aint standing still long enough to be picked off by a snipe bullet. Moral is...TRY and wait, check your radar BUT dont make yourself a sitting duck.

It does announce heavy ammo. So if you arent there or dead when it spawns thats your problem. Id still try wait though.

2 RepliesEvery second spent waiting in front of the chest is a second not spent defending a zone or attacking a zone. Waiting for teammates is a calculated risk.

If there are enemies around it then take it, other than that wait for teammates

If someone is close by I'll wait a second for them to grab it with me. It's stupid to wait for your team to join up, since you risk loosing it to the other team. If you're concerned about getting heavy ammo get near the spawn when they announce it.

I grab it when I'm alone if nobody is on the radar. I won't run the risk of the enemy getting it just so you can run from Egypt to get it too, now if you're on the raider I will wait. Always do. The only other time I grab it solo is if I see the enemy on radar and they're damn close.

3 RepliesHeavy ammo etiquette. 1) No enemies on radar: wait up to 10 seconds to see if someone comes. 2) Enemies on edge of radar with friendlies in-bound: wait for friendlies to get close enough. 3) Enemies imminent on radar: take the heavy even if you're probably going to die. It's always better to cheat at least all but one of the enemy. The exception is if the rest of your team sucks so bad that they will just carry their heavy to the enemy gift wrapped. Then try to get it before them and carry to victory.

What about when I'm the only one near the heavy ammo, but there are enemies moving in? Do I let them have it?

If no one is there then that's not my problem, I play as part of the team but when you can wait to get sprinted up on and no one gets the heavy except the enemy that's just dumb. It's like complaining because you want to help cap a point and no one waited for you

I wait for people who are near me before getting it. Only exception is when i see an enemy on radar.

Sorry but I just don't see the point of waiting, I could wait half a minute then take the heavy, or I could take the heavy and start dealing damage. Control is too fast a game to sit and wait, though I do love sniping players sitting at the heavy ammo, doing nothing

For all the deaf people that think their teammates should wait for them before picking up heavy ammo...Your not that important, they give the warning for a reason, it's no one's fault but yours if you can't make it there on time

Oi. Fyi - if i'm dancing, it means im next to heavy ammo, i can see teammates nearby that are in fireteam chat, and i don't see any red on my radar. 4/5 if i grab heavy ammo and i'm the only teammate who gets it, it's because red just popped up and well...death happens.

I only do that if the enemy is near lol. Hanging around heavy can get you killed quick though -_-.
