power level to 20
Have someone help you do all the story mission on hard. finish all the bounties. then you have the options of doing the stair farm on earth or crucible to finish up leveling.

In addition. Don't do any Mars mission. Instead get to 20, have your gear set, then get sherpa'ed through all of Mars on hard, Insta gear up.

Edited by Elyke69: 1/29/2015 10:27:38 PMEvery time i remade a character solo it always takes about 5 hours give or take to get to lvl 20. Just don't play for five hours straight. Play for maybe an hour or two each day over the span of 3 or 4 days. That way you'll have more bounties to do. Then when you're out of bounties, do story missions on hard. I never even get to mars sometimes lol.

Make character run all the way to the end of the first mission,then kill the boss.(keep gun) You might need to do next mission to open crucible.when crucible opens,level up to 12 this is the biggest grind.use the first auto rifle from mission 1,it's a beast in the crucible.depending on skill level it will take 3-4 hours. Next go to the tower do all Eris and bounty trackers bounties.cash in,collect more.do them too. Now proceed with doing all story missions from here on out on hard.by the time you reach Mars you will be level 20.this part will take 3 hours on your own,but if you can get a buddy(high level) who has all the checkpoints this will cut the missions in half ,this way will only take 1 and a half hours.good luck any questions ask. Edit:tip when you finish a mission and there's a cut scene,join on a friend in orbit so you won't need to watch it. it just wastes time.
