Becoming Legend vs Advancing Warfare
Boy oh boy does that COD AW look fresh. It was about time they redesigned the game. What do you guys think? Yay or nay?
Did Bungie release their Multiplayer Destiny trailer in response to COD AW?

Even after viewing what looks a great game , I just expect the next iteration of CoD will be just too much of the same old story. They have obviously looked at Destiny and Titanfall for the extra aerial jump abilities , but I think after playing it a while it will be too much of the same old story. Destiny however has a lot of fresh new ideas for console and the obvious longevity with what is promised makes it look the best option by a long mile. It goes without saying CoD is just a PvP game. Once you have completed the single story mission in about 5 hours your PvP or nothing. Destiny with its PvE and Raids as well as PvP is obviously the choice for better all round enjoyment.

7 RepliesProbably both. Only difference is I'm buying Destiny day one and keeping it. For advance warfare I'll do what I do with all cod games, buy it used from game stop and then return it two days later after finishing the story

I thought the trailer was bad. Nothing to me looked new. Honestly, at this point, I don't even consider CoD's multiplayer good anymore. They're straying from what they were good at (modern shooter, now they're going slightly futuristic with it). If I wanted double jumping, I'd pick Titanfall. If I wanted uplink, I'd play Halo 4. If I wanted to see people with their Exo Skelton designs, I'd play Borderlands. If I wanted their pick system, I'd play Black Ops 2. Nothing about the game got me excited. Last time with Ghosts, I thought they might have something, and then they didn't. CoD is dead to me. Also, [spoiler]This isn't your every day Warfare, this is your Advanced Warfare. [/spoiler] [spoiler]I'd like to think my Warfare is already advanced enough, so I'll settle for finding what my Destiny is. [/spoiler]

However that franchise has been out for a long time. I for one would like something new... Not sure if Bungie planned to have this game out at the same time. I'm sure it would've landed close to a COD game release at some point! I also don't see a copy on Titanfall. I see a copy on the suits from two movies that were out recently, the Matt Damon and Tom Cruise ones.

I don't think COD is even a remote concern for Bungie.
