How do you tell a girl you don't find her attractive?
Met a girl, she's very nice and easy to talk with, but she started to tell me about how everyone doesn't think she's attractive, and from my views, I'm not very attracted to her either. I don't mind talking with her, but I can't say she's attractive if it would be lying and I don't want to be a dick and tell her she's ugly.
How do I do this?

Just tell her you aren't attracted to her. Tell her she's very pretty, you just don't feel anything for her. Plain and simple.
