To be honest, I think the bungie forums are managing quite well without these weird inquisitions. You'll always have idiots in a public area. The job of a responsible adult is to just shrug it off and move on.
Bungie.net is the safest, most fun and respective community I have ever found myself within.

Well like any thing you want how people see it and feed back. It was not going to work unless i changed it into a award for bad behavior. It is a fun community i am glad to be apart of but it was a thought i had but later on i could see its negative impact on me and others. Just not worth it. People should have positive experiences. Not every idea is the best or works. Just we come up with them then realize well if i do this it will spin like this so you have to look at everything like a chess game. This kind of feed back is the best as i can gauge things. I love B.Net a great deal. Heck i try to be active here. Keeping it fun is the way to go.
