Returners Bonus
So I'm unsure on the wording of the bonus.
Does it mean anyone who's achieved 30 levels and below (so including lvl 30). Or does it mean below lvl 30 so 29 and below. Anyone with insight into this would help me out big time thank you!

You start at rank 1, 30/31 would be the last ranks eligible if you only ranked up one pass as 31 would be the 30th rank up.
