Cannot complete new Data Pad seasonal challenges for week 2 of Ash and Iron
I can't complete three of the seasonal challenges regarding the data pad retrievals for this week, specifically Vanguard Supply Recovery - II, Fireteam Missives Discovered - II, and Pinnacle Data Pad Retrieval Part II. I assume it it because I've already completed the lore book revolving around them called As Without because the data pads kept spawing in the Reclaim activity. I kept grabbing them to get lore but it seems that it has locked me out of completing these seasonal challenges because they do not spawn anymore.
