And guess what when a strike happens and it affects your ability to complete your duties as a business you either A) issue statements about delays in delivery of your product and issue corrective actions being taken to finish the product in a timely manner or B) you find new outlets to use to be able to complete your product.

You really aren't up on current events, are you? Multiple gaming companies are facing problems because of the strike, not just Bungie. Perhaps things are more complicated than "Just hire someone else."

And many other game companies are having zero issues with having VA do their job, so once again not every single actor out there is on strike
