Is anyone else noticing weird gunplay and abnormal player movements in the Crucible?
I have come across some sketchy gunplay and player movements in PVP. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this as well?

It's even weirder than usual! Met a player who was slide dodging and firing their Messenger pulse rifle at the same time. I get that lag can be a real hassle but what even is this?

1 ReplyA lot lately. De-sync, bad connections, and cross-play all combine to make some matches unplayable. Now with the low playerbase making cross-region lobbies even more common, just forget even playing until something improves, which won't happen any time soon. Just 1 person. Today. First time in a long time that something seemed off to me with somebody. The guy's strafing movement was so fast and precise. I'm guessing it had to mnk. Idk how else you can move like that while you're shooting.

Earlier today I was playing some casual Crucible and was on my energy weapon. I wanted to switch to my kinetic weapon, so I pressed the button. It took me from my energy weapon to my energy weapon. Odd, so I pressed again and it brought me from my energy weapon to my energy weapon again. "Am I just double pressing?" so I pressed again once and it brought me from my energy weapon to my energy weapon. hmmmm... I tried again and it successfully swapped out that time. I also somehow cancelled a grenade throw with an ability during something and it caused me to die.

Yep, most of the time it’s due to lag I think.
