Dreaming Spectrum Shader not dropping
Hello team - Can you please look into Dreaming Spectrum Shader. This is the only thing holding me back from getting Rivensbane Seal. Maybe add as a guaranteed drop for completing a Perta's Run for new players and retroactively given to folks that have previously done Perta's or just remove as a requirement altogether. Thank you.

This is the same thing holding me back from the seal. It really should just drop from Petra's Run since the other raids have a shader for doing flawless. If they do go that route, hopefully they'd make it drop for those of us who have already done the Petra's Run. Thanks for calling attention to this issue. I hope they can get this fixed.
