Please don't force us to use beta fireteam finder
Please don't force us to use beta fireteam finder. I don't think it's as good as original, you can't add text to show what you need in your fireteam, etc. I prefer being able to personalise my lfg posts, or join a personalised one so I know what that team needs (or I know what Im getting myself into). To me, beta is a big step backwards. I guess it's fine to have a simple lfg option such as beta, but not at the cost of the original. What does everyone think?

I enjoy it. Ive run so many dungeons since they added it. i used to do them like twice a year. Usually people know what they are doing and i never have strict restrictions. Cant say how it is for raiding though

Surely they could just add a tag for whatever you’d want to put in your title? They’d have to be insanely hyper specific for that not to be viable. Unfortunately this is the way to tackle carry ads which would so often appear, ending that plague is well worth dropping custom titles for me. However it isn’t ideal, maybe in the future they’ll have an AI that can detect the bad stuff and allow the good super fast.

1 ReplyPart of the reason for stopping people customising the lfg post by adding their own text is to prevent all of the advertising, which is a regular complaint. While there’s a valid argument that the ads should be monitored and removed, it’s more effective to prevent their creation in the first place. I’m not for or against either system. Just stating what I think is at least partly behind the reasoning for the change.

New one is terrible no customization and will end in a lot of failed fire teams and wasted time. old one is tried and true. If it’s not broke don’t fix it wtf.

I only use it for a quick team set-up for basic type game modes but yeah I prefer using the old fire team finder as I can customize my post even further whereas the new fire team finder lacks.
