Option to remove NPC shoes at the tower?
We all know this is a highly requested quality of life change (yes it is)
How else can we verify that some characters even have toes?
I think it’s a really good idea and it makes a lot of sense

On the one foot he only has 2 toes, and on his other, he has a pretty gnarly looking toenail because he let an ingrown go too long. Couldn't feel it due to neuropathy. Maybe if we'd have been able to go barefoot at the tower, someone would have said "Hey man, you might want to have that looked at." But on the other hand, if the boots come off, the helmets stay on. Can't have a 3000% rise in head injuries the first day due to foot-attuned guys looking down and hitting their head on things.
