You cannot move expansions between accounts You cannot transfer progress between accounts Bungie will not merge accounts to move progress Account progress is permanently bound to the platform save - regardless of the platform it was done on (cross-save wise) Your cross-save setup has your Steam as the active profile, all progress is permanently bound to that Steam acccount - if you deactivate cross-save and swap Steam accounts your progress will not follow you
