Edited by Dark Arc: 9/22/2023 3:11:45 AMThat would be fine; though I suggested Mastodon because it's easier to script for (like Twitter used to be). e.g., I can make discord bridges about status updates and things. It's also easy to see without an account, easy to follow, and independent so an "Elon" like figure can't come in and screw it up.

It actually makes sense to use some third-party thing ... in case all [i]your[/i] servers are hosed. Heck, I'd take https://www.atlassian.com/software/statuspage over Twitter.
