Steam is giving me "Failure App Running"... so, ...
I uninstalled and reinstalled Destiny 2 on Steam... that did not work. I uninstalled STEAM completely and reinstalled Destiny 2, the same thing... now my Bungie account was missing while signed in and now is back? Really strange stuff that I don't understand.
Any suggestions?

Disregard. Was a mistake I made giving Steam and Destiny 2 app "run as administrator" ...i just had to uncheck those. went a lil wile with some settings last night and didn't realize the impact of "run as administrator" ALL FIXED NOW :)
