I agree with your premise that loadouts should be free to all as a QoL improvement, however...
Loadouts are currently disabled because of a bug/glitch/exploit that could jack up the game pretty badly.
If a nefarious individual went through certain motions involving loadouts they could crash the game for whole lobbies. 😂

Just ban the idiot, issue a warning to anyone else using the first idiot as an example so people won't do it so we can at least have the function while they continue to take their sweet -blam!- time fixing it on the backend. This notion that we need to constantly strip things out that are often times core to our gameplay because less than a dozen people figured out some -blam!- really needs to end, their ability to play isn't as important as everyone else who's paying and NOT being a POS.
