Banning accounts with no reason provided, great culture
#bungiehelp #bungie. Why are you banning account and not providing a reason. I've been playing since D1 from PS4 to PS5, no mods. Straight player and you ban my account telling me I can't appeal. Also, won't provide the reason and said dont bother writing back or you'll ban me from the #bungie site. The least you could do is provide the "paying customer" a reason why they've been banned. First week of this season, i spent 70 bucks and basically you act as a thug. Too bad so sad, next please..... no resolution and looks like all these years of grinding comes to a halt. Very disappointing with this situation. Absolutely no human intervention besides some keyboard warrior you hire to decide the fate of gamers on your platform. As you were told, the forum cannot assist with bans beyond speculation—no one here knows for sure what your account was banned for and Bungie will not provide the reason. If you sent a ban appeal through the [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024492-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction]contact form[/url], that is your only course of resolution.
