It wasn't worth getting to rank seven with the Guardian rank. It was the most stressful and painful process I ever had to do in a video game. And now that I achieved rank seven, I hate it. I hate it because It doesn't feel like I accomplished anything, and I hate the challenges I'm expected to do in order to advance to rank eight. I refuse to believe everyone else got to ranks eight and nine at this point in the season, and I refuse to work my butt off any longer to get these pointless ranks that mean nothing to me whatsoever. When I first heard about it, I thought they were going to be fun. But when I found out that I'm expected to do many of the activities I hate doing in Destiny 2, I started to hate them. I just got to rank seven but only for curiosity and nothing else. I hate it, and I refuse to be told why I should care about it.
