This is probably the worst game mode you ever created. All the dumb elites out there that think they are good for smashing the lower skill players and telling us to get out of trials i hope the game mode literally dies so yall can just face eachother all the time and the cheaters so you get smashed too.

Funny how I’m gold 2 having worked my way up from silver 3 and yet I get completely destroyed in trials. And no, you can’t say “practice and get better” my rank ups prove I’m doing that. It’s nothing more than a rigged system to help the streamers who in return help Bungie.

35 RepliesCheaters suck, true. But Trials isn't for or shouldn't be for casual players.

2 RepliesEdited by DHawk12: 3/19/2023 10:41:40 PMTake advantage of sbmm qp to hone your skills then jump into trials and earn your trip to the lighthouse. Reaching the lighthouse right now within the non-flawless pool while solo/duo is the EASIEST that trials has ever been, if you still can’t do it then just accept that you are simply not good enough and hope bungie adds a alternate way to earn adepts (which they should do).

14 RepliesOh no… a endgame pvp mode isnt easy for everyone? What a surprise

It’s definitely not a inviting playlist

2 RepliesYou have a 0.70 KD for trials, just because you suck does not mean that every person who goes flawless is top tier, I struggled for my flawless. Difference between you and I is that I put effort into getting good enough to compete in trials. Have fun posting KWTD in GM’s and Raids.

2 RepliesYou act like these same players aren’t playing each other and only lesser skill players. Keep crying

5 RepliesUnfortunately they’ve added rift to competitive or I’d say that would definitely be a good place to work on your game a bit and probably still is as I read they decreased the chance for rift this season. Trials has always been pretty sweaty and even with them adding matchmaking recently it’ll likely stay that way. Your trials report shows you in the bottom 1% so some extra practice for a while in competitive might help while being a bit less frustrating than trials where the teammates taking a game too seriously might send nasty messages and such. Quick play obviously isn’t quite the same with it being 6v6 but it is skill based matchmaking so a decent way to ease yourself into better competition if you didn’t want to play comp. This weekend has been my first go at Trials in D2 and I’ve avoided comp the last two seasons so take with a grain of salt, just suggestions that might help get you in a more competitive spot if you were going to try trials again in the future.

It can be improved with more accessible loot, outlier protection for casuals from streamers and stat farmers

Edited by Jet Set Willy: 3/20/2023 2:14:10 AMIf you’re playing on Playstation or XBox just turn messages off unless they’re sent by someone on your friends list. That’s what I do. I’m terrible at PvP but have played enough this weekend to reset my Trials (and Valor) rank.

I never even tried trials. I gave up hope of ever participating. No point in trying. Not good enough to consider joining a rather toxic, difficult, and frustrating playlist. Doubt I’ll ever try to play trials.

7 RepliesI’m facing cheaters 100% of the time mate.👍🏿
