Forerunner 3 Crit doesn't kill T9 Guardian
Just tested with my friend, 67*3 doesn't kill. This is no longer a special ammo weapon. It is a special joke.

I explained this to another reply here but due to the damage values in-game not being exact numbers, there’s going to be some rounding involved so if you are seeing 67 per crit that actual value may be 66.5 or something of that degree but will round up to show 67 as a damage number. That’s why you can’t take every damage value at its base form, that’s also the reason why many people will do damage tests at a start of a new season or when updates come out that adjust TTK’s or damage to enemies.

Forerunner is still great in 3’s. Tier 9 resilience isn’t as common as you’d think so your point is kind of redundant.
