Bungie cannot forcibly de-link them. [b]I would suggest contacting the platform concerning recovering the platform account.[/b] If you are unable to gain access to your account, then you will not be able to deactivate cross save or unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile.

5 RepliesBungie made it clear in ALL the cross save information that to deactivate cross save you need to authenticate ALL linked accounts. The authentication system is there for security reasons and as such Bungie will not bypass it for any reason.
