Xbox support suck balls

I have historically played destiny two on my Xbox 360. However I recently purchased an Xbox series X consul. I downloaded an updated destiny two on the consul and it does not recognize or it lost all the gaming that I had on destiny two… Which should be done on my Xbox 360. Unfortunately getting help from Xbox or Microsoft is next to none; you’re better off or have more chances of seeing an angel during dinner then to actually get any help from either of those. Historically I have changed my gamer tag and I have no idea if this has anything to do with it; however my personal name email and all my other personal information has always been the same Does anybody have any idea how I can get my gaming Content which was on my Xbox 360 onto my new Xbox series X; considering the fact that my gamer tags were and are different. If you're talking about Destiny 1; for a time, there was the ability to upgrade your last-generation purchase to the next generation purchase. That time has ended. If you want to play Destiny 1 on your new Xbox, you'll need to buy the Destiny: The Collection bundle that includes the base Destiny game and all the DLCs. If you're talking about the veterancy import from Destiny 1 to Destiny 2, your characters were not eligible, as only characters that had been migrated from the Xbox 360 to the Xbox One were eligible for the Veterancy Import. If you ARE actually talking about Destiny 2 and meant from your Xbox One to the Xbox Series X/S, you can go to the platform store on your Xbox Series X/S and download the game and the DLC unlock keys from there. If Microsoft is telling you that you don't own them, you'll need to work with Microsoft concerning missing licenses.

  • Hello there, I am a little confused as to what you are attempting
I have historically played destiny two on my Xbox 360.
Destiny 2 was not released on xbox 360. The first console it was released on was Xbox One (or the PS4 for Sony). If you are starting Destiny 2, nothing from the 360 version of destiny one would transfer. From xbox one Destiny to Destiny 2 only the appearance was transferred if the account met specific criteria.
