Well of Ions doesn't work with Thunderclap.
Nothing else to add, it straight up doesn't buff damage for this melee as it should. Clearly a bug, hopefully it can be fixed quickly. Will be bumping until I get a got-it from Bungie staff.
EDIT: Also while you're at it pls remove deadzone in front of titan during thunderclap where it deals 0 damage. Also make thunderclap activate on "charged melee button" when close to enemy, right now titan just punches even if using this dedicated button.
EDIT2: Turns out well of ions doesn't work with the new warlock melee either. Didn't test hunter, either way look into the mod itself as well as all the arc melee abilities.

It didn't work for some of the arc melees pre arc 3.0 either.

Yep, It's so slow and low damage that I'm almost certain it was balanced with Well of Ions in mind.

3 RepliesThunderclap also straight up just needs to do more damage and charge a bit faster. It and consecration effectively fill the same niche except Thunderclap just does way less damage, is way more annoying to use, and it doesn’t even clear adds nearly as well.
