All Dungeon Triumphs for Solo or Solo Flawless completion require you to finish in a single session without logging out of the game, returning to orbit or being error coded.
The devs have stated multiple times that this is working as intended. Unfortunately because they haven’t seen fit to update the Triumph descriptions to make this absolutely clear up front, players attempting to complete these Triumphs for the first time are regularly surprised about this specific restriction.

Yeah, but why though. What is the point?

For the Solo Flawless Triumphs I imagine it’s to protect against certain edge cases that might arise: • A player falls into a instakill pit but randomly lands on a piece of geometry that saves them, only to realize they can’t jump high enough to reach any other ledges that might allow them to resume their attempt, so they return to orbit or purposely disconnect to allow them to reload and continue from a checkpoint. • A player realizes they’ve irretrievably messed up a mechanic that will wipe them once a timer hits zero, but they have just enough time to pull out their Ghost and return to orbit so they can try again. As to why the same restrictions applies to the Non-Flawless Solo Triumphs I honestly could not say, other than it might be a coding thing. (΄◉◞౪◟◉`)
