Iron Banner rep gain
If you're gonna have such a terrible game mode to throw at us at least give us more rep for playing that trash. I'm pretty sure the majority of the community does not want to be playing rift let alone grind rift the whole season

19 RepliesThe max rep currently for 5 ib armor + 1 challenge + 1 emblem was 123 for my yesterday. It takes 10,000 to reset. You need to reset twice. That's 162 wins in ib for the seal Kinda ridiculous

Yeah I have zero desire to play it but I hopped on to see if things got any better but shocked they didn't I had to leave multiple games due to getting stuck at a loading screen between rounds. Might hop on if my clan wants to stack up

Hideous recycled armor with garbage intrinsic perks. Boring off-meta recycled weapons, also with garbage intrinsic perks. 3)poor (and overly complicated) reputation gain/gated pinnacles. 4)An expensive focusing system for mediocre weapons nobody wants. Xur consistently sells better iron banner gear than you can get from iron banner itself(get your snapshot bite of the fox at xur now! More desirable then any IB weapon currently up for grabs) 5) Same old garbage match making complete with 1995 grade dial-up modem connections. 6)The worst duplicate pinnacle system in any destiny activity. What…The strong chance of earning 12 pinnacle class items in a row doesn’t excite you? Screw you lord salad tosser. Vote with your time….DON’T PLAY

You have to wait til the Day 4 challenge is available, and complete that. Then you can grind more efficiently... because screw the players that can play earlier in the week.

5 RepliesRemember that you can get the max rep gains of iron banner ONLY after the 4th day of the week of iron banner week. On day 4, all 4 iron banner challenges are available, and each one completed gives bigger rep gains.

my main complaint with the game mode is if you want to farm a specific IB weapon it would be nice to at least get a guaranteed IB drop per match completion, in addition to the engrams from each rank...

Too bungie’s credit they did say they wanted it to be a grind and take multiple seasons for the non die hard fans. I think its in a fair position were it is to be honest. Granted I think bungie needs to not design things like that but still I don’t think its terrible. I also like rift but next season it will be a different mode from my understanding so it can’t be that bad.

2 RepliesI like Rift. And I don’t mind Gambit. (Dredgen) 🤖 Once one gets the flow, knows well the maps, it can be quite good. If you land on a crack team - even better; however, if you land on a cracked team - it’s virtually a pointless exercise. I played a few rounds earlier; I skipped the previous IB. Invis Hunters wielding shotguns and HCs that map; virtually invincible ‘dbl-shielded’ Titans blocking everything, putting up barriers here, there and everywhere, that also appear to materialise out of thin air when they melee one into the middle of next week; Warlocks - not so many were seen by this observant W, even though I wasn’t really specced out for PvP - as I was using my time to level-up red border weapons, of which there are a growing number… BTW: that reminds me - I need more vault space!!! 🥳 Overall, I was playing catch-up by finishing off some remaining PvP Triumphs, which also took me into PvP stuff my longstanding 0.3% kd suggests I best leave alone…however, I like turtles. 😁 I’m already an Iron Lord. I scaled that mountain. Actually, my son did it for me… 😇 I beat Siva…I even got the gun (outbreak perfected)… I lit the fires. Did I mention that I climbed the mountain? 🤖 TLDR: -blam!- grano salis 🫡 Just my 2d worth. YMMV. Cheers! MDGA 👈

I like rift. We need more objective game modes. Bring back all the modes that were in glory from the first few seasons...they kept the worst mode...survival for glory. Bungie doesn't know what is fun in their own game.

1 ReplyRift is fine. If all you ever care about is your K/D then, duh, you're gonna have a bad time. Meanwhile, others are enjoying the wild back-and-forth of the game. I just had two games in a row where it came down to just one point because our teams kept exchanging the Spark. It's crazy and exciting. Unlike anything involving capture zones. Boring. However, I see they "fixed" the multiplier while also breaking the multiplier. Last time, challenges counted across the account and gave you a crazy multiplier to make leveling Banner ranks much faster. It was quick, rewarding and didn't require you to subject half your life to get something accomplished. Now? Not only is the multiplier PER CHARACTER but the Streak bonus isn't working at all. At least, not for Banner ranks. How is Bungie this inept? This utterly incompetent? Fix something that makes the game fun and more inviting for all players but NEVER fix things that hender players' and forces them to play for longer if they want even one good drop. Once again, so very glad I stopped paying for this f*cking garbage game.

The rep gain rate could be improved. Just wish there was a point to levelling it. Loot is just not worth the grind imo.

I thought I might go for the Iron Lord Title, but this is just a joke of invisible hunter shot gun crap fest mode. Go fornicate yourself Bungle. Their are better PvP games out their than this cross play, laggy, 2008ish Peer to Peer network mess you call Crucible.

6 RepliesI'm refusing to play this form a trash iron banana. All the loot sucks, I don't need the pinnacles and it's not fun. Pvp is about killing each other, not some weird basketball shyteshow.

8 RepliesYeah... speak for yourself. Other than the occasional spawn kill, Rift is fun for me. I'll likely be going back in on all 3 characters tomorrow for the pinnacle and the rep so i can get my title. For the record, you gain increased rep for each piece of iron banner armor you have equipped, even if it's an ornament. You also gain bonus rep for having an iron banner emblem equipped. Just so you're aware.

I’m at 15 games this week and haven’t moved up more than a 1/2 level. I want the golf ball but not at the expense of an entire year of my life. I quit.

2 RepliesIt all ways was a mediocre game. They don't have the crew to Develop anything new. Just copy and paste. The A team left a long time ago. That goes for div 2 and eso. There working on 8k genre now. New games which look good imo.
