[BUG] Iron Banner 'Forging Iron' quest still missing.
Lost quest the middle of last Iron Banner; not to be confused with the 5/6 bug this is different. Quest still missing from all three characters with no way to re-acquire. Was reported and ignored in known bugs... well it's still a bug.
