I'm pretty sure it has the lightweight frame movement bonus, but despite having the same impact as a 390 pulse, it still does less damage than a LW frame, which got a buff this season, and GL was left behind in that regard. It reminds me of Crimson, Hawkmoon, and TLW.
Crimson has the impact of a 120 (110s before), but until season 8 did the same damage as a 450, shot slower, was affected more by bloom, and had less range. And come season 12, 120s got a ROF buff, but it was left alone, and left alone again when 120s got nerfed.
TLW at launch was a 180 in the database (I'm guessing Fan Fire increased it), had the impact, handling, and range to match, but recoil was like a Desert Eagle in COD, crit like a 150, and body shots did over 50 damage.
Hawkmoon USED to have the impact of a 180 as well (they updated it after WQ), but the recoil, damage per shot matched 140s, and the rest of it's stats matched a very good 150 before the conversion.
So where exactly does GL fit in it's weapon type?

1 ReplyGraviton lance is a lightweight yes. Bungie said this in season 3. Fun fact. Vigi wing is a rapid fire frame.
