I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB and the NY Attorney General's office. .

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and also consumer complaint to the New York attorney general’s office in regards to the following issues. 1. Missing dungeon key, worth upwards of 19.99 in silver currency if bought separately. 2. Inaccessible season pass due to no warning, disclaimer or alert during the immediate action of removing cross-save. I am in total missing 30$ worth of expansion passes since this season’s is locked and the next 2 are potentially tied to an account I do not use nor intend to. In regards to the 2nd point, I would have no issue if I was warned DURING the action of removing cross-save, it is not a reasonable belief to expect digital content bought on one console to be tied into an account from another system. Therefore should be made clear to the owner of the content immediately and not after realizing what happened and then having to do extensive Google searches to find an answer after the pass is lost. I will seek resolution through the means stated above, I hope that for the good of the consumer and Bungies image that the right thing is done by those who are going through this issue.

  • I know this is from a while ago, but do you know whatever came of this? I'm actually thinking of doing this myself, and I'm curious to know if you have any updates!

  • Fyi you were warned prior to even doing the cross save itself as the faq is listed below the cross save button. Bungie doesn’t have to list a disclaimer on or around the button if you refuse to do research before making an action around your account as they already provided the information for you. As for your complaints you can go ahead and do so. Likely won’t get you anywhere but you can go ahead and try. You’d be better off going to your bank and doing a chargeback than waiting for the BBB to solve a small issue as 30 dollars. If you want to be civil and respond back I’d be more than willing to provide any other assistance or information regarding their policies that isn’t a bot response
