A few suggestions for Guardian Games to promote participation and competition:
Create two pools of competition :
1: The primary pool
-All classes effort will be weighted equally (It seems that telling 2 out of three of the classes their efforts are worth less tends to de-incentivize participation. AKA not very aspirational)
-For deciding who is "winning" have the top 50% of each class count toward the flags rising and falling during the given week. (I dont have access to all the data here so this percentage should be adjusted by those who do so that the number of guardians included in each class is roughly the same which solves your balance issue while also keeping the majority engaged because your not telling them their effort is 1/3 that of another class)
2: The secondary pool
-Count all progress equally from all classes.
-Do not need to necessarily award this pool but it would be nice to visibly see each classes true progress and so everyone sees that their participation is being counted fairly.
I believe this will promote a good proper competition between the three classes and within each class as well as all hunters will be vying for position within the hunter community. From there we can roll out rewards based on participation. if you're not included in the top 50% a participation emblem etc...
