Arc Siphon (helmet mod) Does not activate arc Charged with Light Mods.
Arc Siphon does not activate Arc Charged with Light Mods even though its affinity is displayed as arc.
Switching the mod to the Hands-On mod does activate the secondary effect of the CwL mods so it is an issue with Arc Siphon alone.
