Tracking exotic rocket launchers in gambit
Listen bungie it's getting pretty annoying and oppressive that every single match of gambit it's nothing but invaders using Gjally nonstop, it's time you address this problematic use in the gamemode, either ban it and any other exotic tracking rocket launchers from gambit or remove the "hey, free heavy every wave" mechanic you introduced.. did you not think people wouldn't exploit such a flaw with scav mods etc ? Like cmon.
Gambit is doing horrible, way worse than before your redesign, gambit prime was where it was at.

1 Reply🍄🍄FYI you are allowed to use a tracking rocket launcher. You can also hide. You can try and snipe. There are lots of ways to combat invaders. But moaning about other players load outs won’t keep you alive.🍄🍄

Run. Hide. Stay in cover. Fight back. Kill the invader. Invade yourself with whichever weapon you consider being a problem. Gjallarhorn is not the issue.

3 RepliesBruh, you f@ckbois always complaining about something that kills you huh? Here's a novel idea; equip your own damn tracking rocket and fight back. Tracking rockets were a thing before free heavy and now EVERYONE in the match has access to heavy it's a problem? Just because the invader is using Gally doesn't mean you're instantly dead; hide, run, use the portal, or FIRE FIRST. Or, do like Cloryx said and stay out of the mode. You pitiful jokers get the game f@cked up with all the nerfs and sh!t.

It’s a heavy ammo abundance issue not a tracking rocket issue. If you’re having a problem dealing with invaders try equipping a weapon that can rapidly deal with an invader. Rockets generally come from out in the open, run to cover and get a sight line with a linear or other long range power/special weapon. Leviathan’s Breath, Sleeper, Xenophage, Izanagi’s and Queenbreaker are all great exotic options but any linear, sniper or tracking rocket of your own works great.

1 ReplyNot to be a troll, but this is truly a skill issue. Tracking rockets are going to track. Make use of that dodge ability if you're a hunter (it breaks tracking, but not many know this). Equip your own rocket launcher. Run and hide. Get a vantage point and snipe. Get close and use a sword. Go invisible and sneak up on them. Pop a bubble. Get some friends and find the invader before he kills you. I'm sorry, but there are just plenty of options to avoid getting Gjallarhorn'd.

So.. use a gally and get them as they invade? Personally I like to stick them with a lasting impressions rocket so they run off with a purple spike between their eyes and blow up .. idc if I die. Gambit isn't a mode meant to be taken seriously.

The fact that you all usually stay there in the middle like potatoes instead of getting some cover is the real problem, not the weapons. You are getting just what you deserve in my opinion.

4 RepliesSolution is simple, have a rocketlauncher with tracking, soon as invader comes keep an eye open and soon as you see him, boom. That's what I've been doing and it's hilarious 😂

As long as they adjust Gambit and not the gear itself. Whoever thought nerfing weapons because of this broken game mode was a good idea hopefully has been fired by now because they are [i]bad[/i] at their job.
