I mean, I'm not exactly upset, I almost never use Axion Bolt, but what was the main issue for the nerf?

Only problem is that without aim assist, shooting them was extremely inconsistent. Now it’s less so. They’re still good nades and if a player chooses to shoot the made, they can’t shoot you at the same time.

2 RepliesEdited by DHawk12: 4/23/2022 1:24:16 AMThe nerfed cooldown makes sense when the warlock aspect is equipped but definitely not for the standard grenade. This change along with the hitbox finally being fixed is going to make standard axion bolts completely worthless.

2 RepliesBecause they dont collide with walls and track for 30 seconds over an unlimited distance. Its a guarenteed 130 damage if you throw the grenade within 20 meters of an enemy.

5 RepliesEdited by WulfPak666: 4/24/2022 1:35:06 PMBasically Bungie gave them a meaty buff and let every void subclass use them when they were exclusive to Warlock, so naturally, everyone is spamming the hell out of them in pvp and turns out, they weren't that big of a problem when only 1-2 people were using them. But now everyone has them, they're quite annoying. If I'm not mistaken they also have one of the shortest cooldowns for void grenades and there's also an fragment that boosts how long they can track and another that makes them do bonus damage so essentially, they can chase people forever and darn near insta kill them.

2 RepliesThat's like me asking why the renewal grasps nerf even though I have them equipped right now.
