How do haunted sectors work?
My first FotL and, as usual, Bungo fails to provide any direcion whatsoever. How do I find a haunted sector? The game tells me to do one but does not tell me how to even start one.

You get a quest from Eva. Step 1 of the quest is to purchase the current FotL mask from her inventory. Step 2 is to complete Strikes, Gambit, or Crucible activities to get spectral pages and candy. Once you've collected 3 spectral pages and 100 candy you will progress to step 3 which should unlock the node in the Tower.

You have to progress the quest for FoTL by playing an activity, such as Crucible, and then you can access Haunted Sectors from the Tower map.
