Armor Synth Quest Not Available
Banshee is not showing the armor synth quest for my 2nd Warlock. I completed the quest on my first Warlock, but decided to delete it to make a new Warlock. I cannot pickup the quest on my new Warlock because Banshee is not offering it. Additionally, my new Warlock cannot tranmog armor because I have not done the quest on the new character. How do I get Banshee to offer the quest?

You can only complete such quests once per character class. Having more than one of the same character class is not beneficial in D2.
