Drifter wants me to talk with him even though there isn't a quest
the map says he has a quest and it will not go away. Many thanks to any solution that could be offered.
edit: It seems to have gone away, either bungie intervened or it just disappeared naturally, anyway it is gone and it makes me thankful

Edited by EckyThump: 5/16/2021 5:18:36 PMI had this issue with Eris Morn, and the reason was because her 'Memory' quest was waiting for me at the abandoned quest kiosk at the tower. Check there, to the left of the postmaster, there might be something there for Drifter - an ornament quest for a ritual weapon perhaps.
