trying to authenticate account to deactivate crossplay
i am trying to authenticate my account to deactivate cross play so i can play on my origianl characters its saying i purchsed silver on my account recently but i havent purchsed in in months please help.

2 RepliesDid you buy silver in the last 3 months? If you bought silver in the last 90 days that would block you. Do a search on Bungie.net for "Cross save issues" to bring up a help guide. At the bottom of the guide is a form you can fill in asking Bungie to remove the cooldown period due to buying silver. Ps. The form can also be used to ask Bungie to switch your linked accounts around if you pick the wrong account as your main.
