I've emailed, I've called, I've talked to people online, and I have made a forum already. I'm not really happy with this service as I have gotten no help. My cousin, father and I have all expansion packs, and they were working just fine till the last few seasons of the new pass came out. Beyond Light and Foresaken are not working but working at the same time. For example, I can use stasis, and go to Europa, but cannot start any mission or strikes (OFF vanguard playlist option), as it claims that we do not have Beyond Light. The same goes for Foresaken, I can go to tangled shore, but cannot start any strikes (OFF vanguard playlist option) or any missions. We have redownloaded the name, we have made sure all expansion packs are selected and installed. What's odd is that armor, guns, mods work for both expansions and vanguard strikes work, but nothing else's. its getting annoying, if you need more explanation/screenshots please message me i will provide more. We would like this fixed, please.
