I don't have the xenology quest at all, I'm sure I haven't done it already and it's not in my quest tab.

Hey, If Xur does not have the quest for one of your characters, and you haven't already completed it this week, then it's likely you've abandoned it in the past. The quest does not expire, so once you pick it up from Xur, it must be completed before your character will be given another. Since the quest is currently not appearing in the Quest Archive, the only way to do so is by picking up the quest and completing it with a different character. A week after collecting the cipher, your main should be able to pick up the quest again.

1 ReplyHave you either got it from Xur or if you had it and abandoned it, then you can re-acquire it at the kiosk left of the postmaster.
