I started a new character recently and completed the Forsaken quest. Even though the last section was extremely buggy. I was hoping to get the Broken Awoken Talisman so I could complete the Wish Ender mission on this character. But it was not available from Petra. As I already have the wish ender on my other character, does this mean I can not get the Broken Awoken Talisman from Petra for my new character, or is this a bug? (I had the wishender equipped whilst completing the Foresaken quest)
