Add legendary raid weapons to kiosk
Add the legendary weapons from the Scourge, and leviathan raids to the kiosk to buy with spoils.

I think they wanted to keep them tied to those raids so all they have to do is raise the infusion cap, and give a reason the grind those raids when they bring them back in future seasons.

I think they should have been brought forward and not sunset any raid weapons.
