Major game stutters/millisecond-freezes (PC)
Hi,
Since Beyond Light went live i have noticed major stutters in my gameplay. The best way i can describe this is that the game freezes for approx. 0.5ms/1s. I have found that this happens mostly in Gambit but it just happened to me in the dreaming city and Tangled Shore too. I play on PC so im not sure if consoles are having this issue but it is very irritating. I'm having trouble finding a solution online as i don't know the technical term for it.
Could you please tell me if Bungie are aware of this and a fix will be coming out soon or is there something i can do on my PC to prevent this from happening? My PC is high standard and i get between 90-120 frames in game so i don't believe it is anything to do with my PC specs.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

You are absolutely right, Destiny 2 since the new DLC causes drop in framerate and jerks from time to time, it depends on the places but those there I noticed: Dreaming city and Tangled Shore and in PVP. It's painful ! and I find it difficult to understand having an RTX 3080 card which works very well for example with Division 2 in ULTRA, no drop in framerate everything is perfect in 144 fps. While Destiny 2, I am forced to lower it to 75 fps and still that doesn't solve the problem completely. There really is one issue that Bungie seems to ignore! All my AAA games are perfectly optimized in 144 fps, only Destiny 2 is not optimized since the DLC !!! I reinstall everything, I erase the cvars a good number of times and apart from lowering the graphic details (a shame because Destiny requires less power than Division 2 or assassin's creed for example), I don't know what to do. .. This comes from the game itself which is NOT OPTIMIZED for the PC! BUNGIE it is time to react and analyze why this game is not perfectly optimized on our PCs!

Happens in pvp a lot for me idk why. I have an i7 9700kf and 2070 super.
