I have lost 40+ frames per second on average without a single change in my graphics settings or my rig. In some situations it's even worse than that. I've only played through the first couple missions in Europa and had to stop because it was way too jarring. Once I saw my framerate dipping to the 70's inside of some random cave, I put the game down and decided to wait for a fix. But please, we need a fix. We need this problem to be properly acknowledged. Right now, many of us have paid 40-50 dollars (if not more) and got unplayable performance in return. I want to jump in and enjoy the new content, but I can't do it like this. And in my case we're talking about going from 120+ fps to less than 90. Something that many would never consider unplayable, but still a really frustrating experience when you play the game on a high refresh rate monitor. There are many others who play at lower refresh rates who are having a lot more trouble than I am. I have tried all sorts of troubleshooting steps and nothing has worked.
