3 emblem codes from the splinter of darkness bit
I redeemed these three codes for the three emblems but I cannot find them in the collections for the love of my life. Can anyone help a dumbass out?

having the same issue, including my collector's edition emblem. It shows as redeemed and collected on the bungie code history page but it isn't in my collection.
